  • Mobile and Clinic-Based Care:

            Wound care is available in clinic, with home visits considered only in select cases based on                      clinical need, mobility limitations, payer guidance, clinician availability, and service area.

  • Collaborative Approach:
    We work closely with your healthcare team, including PCP, Wound care physicians, vascular surgeons, and other specialists, ensuring a seamless and comprehensive care plan.

  • Education and Prevention:
    Our team empowers patients and caregivers with the knowledge and tools to prevent wound recurrence, including proper skin care, nutrition, and mobility strategies.
